Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As all photographic prints are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. This includes framed and unframed prints, as each order is custom-produced to your specifications.

However, under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if an item:

  • Is faulty or damaged on arrival

  • Is significantly different from the description or sample shown

  • Is not of acceptable quality or fails to perform as promised

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at elise@elisehassey.com, including:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please note that all claims must be made within the 7-day period and items must be returned in their original packaging if requested.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor colour or detail variations due to screen differences or natural materials

  • Incorrect size chosen by the customer

We take the utmost care in producing, packaging and shipping your print. If you have any concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re here to help.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. They are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
